ReturnsCancelling an order Returns policy for Stationary Returns are accepted and must be received within 14 calender days of purchase. You must email us for a returns number before returning. Must be in original packaging. There must be no damage to the products. If these terms are not honored you will not be able to give you a refund. Any food items will not be refunded. Returns are the responsibility of the customer and all refunds will be made less postage costs once item has been received and inspected and where necessary returned to the manufacturer for further inspection for faulty claims. Pre-Ordered items are custom made when ordered so can not be returned. These items can only be cancelled if the item is not in the process of being made. If these conditions are not met the item will be returned to you after further postage charged is first paid. If we recieve return items after 14 calender days from purchase, we will not accept liability for them and you must request they are returned to you at further postage Any returned goods that we receive which are outside of this Returns Policy will not be refunded or exchanged. We are happy to re-deliver such items back to you at a cost to yourself; otherwise they will be destroyed within 30 calendar days from us receiving the items. Please be sure you enter the correct details in the checkout process as we can not be liable for incorrect information you have given. We do not refund postage and packaging. If you are returning a package we recommend you use recorded post or obtain a certificate of posting for your own protection (please note proof of posting is not proof of delivery). We accept no losses what so ever for items missing in the post which have been returned to us. If items are missing or we do not receive the return it is the customer’s responsibility to claim from the delivery company. Items purchased with a coupon are included in the returns policy but you will only receive the amount paid. Items purchased as specials or discounted are included in the returns policy but can only be returned for exchange or gift certificate for the amount paid. Items purchased from sale section are non returnable. Faulty Products Deliveries damaged must be signed for as damaged to be covered by the returns policy. Should a product be faulty, you should let us know immediately as we will happily exchange it for you providing all items if part of a set are returned in original packaging and original condition. You should let us know as soon as possible via phone or email within 24 hrs of receiving delivery before returning the item. You should advise us the product is faulty before it is worn and email us for a returns number before the item is returned. if the item is found to be faulty you will then be refunded. This will all be done as soon as possible.
